You’ve found the perfect property and are ready to take the next step! During your viewing, be sure to request an application form. An electronic form will then be emailed to you, along with instructions on how to pay the holding deposit to secure the property.

With all checks successfully completed, the next step is signing your tenancy agreement. We will send this to you to review and sign before your move-in day. Once signed, we will request your first month’s rent and security deposit to finalize the process.

Now that your application has been accepted, we will begin the referencing process. This includes a credit check, a reference from your previous landlord, and an employment reference. At this stage, you will also need to provide ID documents for Right to Rent verification.
